Our client, a leading organic products company, is seeking an E-Commerce Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team in New Milford, CT.
As an integral member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the e-commerce strategy for well-known brands, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a pivotal role in driving online sales growth.
Position Overview:
The E-commerce Sales Leader will be responsible for managing listings, optimizing product visibility, researching new opportunities, analyzing data, and increasing revenue across various marketplaces.
As a key player in the team, you'll work closely with management and gain exposure to different aspects of e-commerce, setting the foundation for potential future leadership roles.
Responsibilities:
o Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy for major marketplaces, including Amazon Seller and Vendor accounts, Walmart, Sam's Club, and other e-commerce platforms.
o Optimize product listings to enhance visibility and ranking, utilizing data analysis to drive improvements.
o Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
o Collaborate with other sellers to ensure brand consistency and eliminate unauthorized sales channels.
o Utilize data analytics tools to develop actionable recommendations for sales and marketing strategies.
o Monitor channels for issues and inquiries, addressing them promptly to ensure seamless customer experiences.
o Implement pricing and merchandising strategies to maximize conversion and profitability.
o Drive brand awareness through customer review management and other creative strategies.
o Manage day-to-day activities on Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts, including issue resolution.
o Perform weekly and monthly reporting on growth metrics.
o Monitor and optimize SEO positions across various marketplaces.
o Research keywords and create SEO-driven listing copy.
o Identify and execute opportunities for e-commerce sales growth.
Requirements:
o 2
years of experience in building and managing Amazon Seller and Vendor businesses, as well as Walmart.
o Proven account management experience with a strong focus on metrics and results.
o In-depth understanding of marketing, analytics, and content management.
o Background in B2B sales and marketing.
o Familiarity with major online platforms and large online shopping comparison sites.
o Demonstrated success in leveraging consumer brands for rapid online growth.
o Knowledge of effective online marketing tools and practices.
