We provide many different services including Diver Assisted Suction Harvesting, Suction Dredging, Mechanical plant removal, fountain and aerator installation.
This is a great job for people who like to work outside and have a different experiences every day.
We are hiring for year round positions.
Diver Assisted Suction Harvesting is a method of aquatic plant removal in which a scuba diver goes to the bottom, removes plants by the roots, and sends them to the surface via a 4 suction hose.
This service is provided to homeowners, lake associations and towns to help combat both invasive plant species as well as nuisance native species.
All training and equipment is provided, no scuba experience is necessary.
Suction Dredging is a method of sediment removal that utilizes pumping equipment to deepen a lake or pond.
We also specialize in aeration and other general pond and lake maintenance.
We are looking for employees to join the team who like to work around water and want to be involved in a growing, teamwork oriented business.
Preferred experience includes:
Mechanical skills Landscape experience Heavy equipment experience Experience with herbicide application General Labor experience Requirements:
Must be able to swim Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly Must be able to travel for projects We are a growing company looking to bring on employee that wants to grow with the company and likes taking on the challenge of finding new ways to accomplish tasks or projects.
Pay is Negotiable based on experience and skill set A major requirement for the job is travel.
We have projects in MA, CT, NY, and NJ that are too far to commute to each day.
Employees stay in a rented home or hotel paid for by the company Monday-Friday, return home on the weekend, and travel back to the job if not complete on the following week.
There is added food allowance and travel pay during these trips.
Expected 4-6 weeks of travel per year depending on work load.
